Inti Raymi or “Festival of the Sun” is a musical group that has been promoting the music and culture of the Andes here in the Midwest since 1986. De Hurricane - Haling from the exotic isle of Dominica, Cleve “Hurricane” Jean Jacques has been a professional musician since he could remember. Hurricane’s musical career began at the tender age of fourteen, when he was performing as lead guitarist and vocalist for the Island’s leading band.
